Trademarks, trade names, logos, illustrations, screenshots and other elements relating to Hytale belong to their respective owners.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original content created specifically for Hyco, including its editorial texts, graphic elements, visual identity, interfaces and proprietary software developments, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or substantial use of these elements outside the exceptions provided by law requires the prior authorization of their owner.
Trademarks, illustrations, screenshots, resources and other content belonging to Hypixel Studios, the creators of Hytale or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
